    How will your order be shipped?
    In order for you to receive your ProRacing® Exhaust parts as quickly as possible, we select the most efficient carrier available in your area.  Because of the weight and size, we generally use USPS Parcel Post on most domestic orders. We ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and US Territories.

    When will my order ship?
    In-stock items are usually shipped the same day, if the order is received by 11am Pacific Time.  If we are out of stock, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.


    International Orders

    We welcome some international orders and will handle your order as quickly as we do all our domestic customers.  We ship to North and South America, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, and Japan. Some international orders may require additional shipping charges if the parts are too heavy, or if the auto-calculated postage is not adequate to cover the cost. We will contact you if that is the case.  We do not use shipping as a profit center, and your charges will be for the exact amount only. All shipping and customs documents will be quickly and conservatively completed within 24 hrs. Customers are responsible for all Customs charges, import duties.


    Our Return Policy

    No returns are allowed for used or damaged parts. All items returned must be in good and new condition and returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt.  Please inspect the part prior to installation.  Once the part is installed it is beyond our control, and the installer assumes responsibility for mis-application, wrong usage, or damage.  Unfortunately because of the type of parts we sell, there are some items that cannot be returned.  ProRacing ® Exhaust reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation, or during return shipping.  ProRacing ® Exhaust is not responsible for lost or damaged parts during shipping. You must use a tractable shipping method with adequate insurance to prevent loss. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of the authorization.

    When merchandise is returned it will be processed by our receiving department. We will inspect the item to ensure it is in new condition and issue a refund accordingly. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned parts to help offset shipping costs.
